Fishery Rules

Anglers must stay within10m / 30ft of rods when they are in the water.
Barbless or micro-barb hooks only.
All anglers must have landing nets and unhooking mats when fishing
Keep nets must be emptied every 3 hrs. No fish over 3lb to be kept in nets.
No sacking up of any fish unless prior permission has been given.
No nut baits.
No fires, guns, swimming or boating.
Maximum of three rods.
No lead weights under 1oz to be used.
All gates, toilets and huts to be kept locked at all times when not in use.
Members must carry membership card and rod license when fishing.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Anglers must take any rubbish that they generate away with them at the end of their session.
No dogs
Any person found transferring fish to or from the lake will be banned for life.
Contravention of any rules may result in membership being revoked
